The appraiser should know the above information. The waybill should also be consulted in time to determine the cause of damage
if the outer package of imported goods transported by air or mail is damaged, the consignee should also ask the air or mail transportation departments for accident or business records, or require the air or mail transportation departments to sign on the waybill indicating the damage before taking delivery of the low-cost goods. If the arrival is damaged, and the receiving and using unit has no agent in the mainland or port, the agent pickup department should apply to the entry-exit inspection and quarantine institution for inspection of the damage on behalf of storer, and the port inspection and quarantine institution should find out the cause of the damage, distinguish the damage, handle the ex situ inspection procedures after the initial inspection of the damage degree, contact the entry-exit inspection and quarantine institution at the destination, and continue the identification work after the arrival of the goods, After the appraisal, the specific results will be reported in a letter, and the comprehensive results of the port entry-exit inspection and quarantine institution will issue a certificate
