Research on the strategy of rapid implementation and online application of PLM project

the era of knowledge economy determines the status of manufacturing enterprise technology management informatization. Manufacturing enterprises have used PLM system to establish product development and manufacturing technology management informatization platform. With the implementation and continuous in-depth application of PLM technology in enterprises, enterprises have put forward higher requirements for the rapid implementation and successful online application of PLM projects. The rapid implementation and successful application of PLM projects have become the key work of manufacturing enterprise technology management informatization. This paper focuses on the methods and strategies for the rapid implementation and online application of PLM projects, and provides a set of feasible implementation strategies and methods for the rapid implementation and application of PLM projects in many manufacturing enterprises

1. Introduction

at present, many enterprises are preparing to implement or are implementing PLM system to improve the technical management level. How to quickly implement and successfully apply PLM system to ensure the success of the project has become a problem of great concern to enterprises. If PLM technology wants to play a real role in the enterprise, it must pay attention to the implementation. The implementation of PLM project must be based on the advanced management mode, combined with the actual needs and current situation of the enterprise, establish a technology management information platform suitable for the advanced management concept, and focus on the success of project implementation. Therefore, the implementation of PLM project should clarify the following aspects

1) clarify the implementation objectives and conduct quantitative assessment on the objectives. The implementation team is not a simple enterprise implementation team. The implementation team should be composed of software suppliers and enterprise business and system managers. The implementation team is usually composed of the project decision-making leading group, the project manager and the implementation personnel, and the personnel with different roles are responsible for the corresponding tasks in the project. The organization and work responsibilities of the personnel at different levels of the implementation team are analyzed below

3) project implementation personnel are usually composed of enterprise administrators, key users and software implementation personnel. The implementation personnel should do the corresponding needs analysis, installation and design, model customization, personnel training and commissioning. In the process of PLM project implementation, it should be implemented by the professional technicians of the implementation supplier. In the later stage of project acceptance, the implementation personnel are mainly organized by the enterprise's own strength, and the system is maintained and managed by special personnel. Each department should have a person in charge of the subsystem, and the implementation personnel of key users. What are the problems of the enterprise itself that need to be solved, and what are the expectations and objectives of the PLM system implementation?
